          This 111 unit affordable and workforce housing project is the latest to add to the years of collaboration with Trinity Financial and ICON Architects. Work started in the late Spring of 2021 with the demolition of an existing parking lot and the location and removal of several underground structures. The project has a planned completion for the Fall of 2022. Once completed, this 5 story building will provide new housing to residents across the income spectrum, from very-low income households to market-rate households.
